Layers, even in the summer months, you will want to have a long sleeve shirt or jacket!  Especially as the sun goes down and if you take part in any boat excursion, it can be cold.  Here is a brief list for what to bring as you head up to Sea Duck Cottage, your ultimate Maine coastal getaway.

• Jacket, long sleeves – apparel for cooler weather
• rain coat
• bug spray (mosquitos are just a part of Maine from June to September)
• sunscreen – the sun shines all day in Maine
• shopping bag – Maine is a no plastic state and you will need to bring your own reusable shopping bag for any retail store
• hat and sunglasses – see above – the sun is bright in Maine
