Options for Sea Duck Cottage

Sea Duck Cottage is two properties on the same lot.  We have the Main House (3/2) and the Guest House (2/2) with a large deck, outside dining, stairs to the beach and so much more.

Here are the options, depending on the size of your group and the needs of your group.

1. Main House:  3 bedrooms (King, Queen, Queen) and 2 full bathrooms. The Main House is available for rent from April to October.
2. Main & Guest House:  add the guest house (2/2) to your rental for an enjoyable Maine vacation with room and privacy but opportunity to enjoy a group vacation together.
3. Add the Loft to the Main House rental or Main + Guest House rental:  the Loft is a studio with full bathroom (shower) above the Main House.  Enjoy if you need just a little more space than the 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in the Main House.

The Views!  Really hard to describe and the house has more than you need for a first class vacation.
